Erica is a highly-qualified master personal trainer with over 20 years of experience. She holds the following certifications:

Erica has also completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) form Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, and is a licensed registered nurse (R.N.).

Spanning a broad spectrum of activities to include ballet, gymnastics, mountaineering, yoga, sprint/beginning triathlon (open-water swimming, running, cycling), and Pilates, Erica’s diverse background is complemented by her knowledge of physical therapy techniques from injury prevention and first-aid to proper postural alignment and Swedish massage.

In addition to many years as a personal trainer, Erica has worked closely with disabled and post-rehabilitation clients at a number of physical therapy clinics in the (San Francisco) Bay Area and at training facilities in Hawaii.
